IBIU '99 is organized by and under the auspices of the

International Breast Ultrasound School (IBUS)

and the

Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg

 

x-ray mammography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging,
and newer imaging modalities

The introduction of International Breast Imaging Update meetings
represents a new concept in medical education

The programme in Freiburg is based on the succesful combination
of an expert faculty, didactic lectures, workshop sessions
and a technical exhibition

The format of the IBIU meeting in Freiburg
is similar to the meeting held in Vienna during 1998
